Directions to 1 Lake Terrace

1 Lake Terrace is easily reachable from Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. From the city limits of Chicago it’s a 92 mile drive, and all but the last 3 miles is expressway. That’s 95 minutes according to Google Maps. From Indianapolis it’s 191 miles. From Grand Rapids it’s 75 miles. And from Detroit it’s 187 miles to 1 Lake Terrace.

Once you leave the expressway, it’s a very simple drive to 1 Lake Terrace. It will be easy for you to give directions to your family and friends when you invite them to visit your beautiful home site on Lake Michigan.

From the west (via I-94):

Take I-94 heading east towards Detroit. Take exit 34 to merge onto I-196 heading north towards South Haven/Holland. Drive north on I-196 approximately 4 miles and take exit 4 (Coloma Road). Keep following the exit to the right (towards Riverside) and you will merge onto Coloma Road heading west. Continue on Coloma Road 1.7 miles until you reach state highway M-63. Turn left at M-63 and head south. 1 Lake Terrace will be on your right about ½ mile down M-63.

From the east (via I-94):

Take I-94 heading west towards Chicago. Take exit 34 to merge onto I-196 heading north towards South Haven/Holland. Drive north on I-196 approximately 4 miles and take exit 4 (Coloma Road). Keep following the exit to the right (towards Riverside) and you will merge onto Coloma Road heading west. Continue on Coloma Road 1.7 miles until you reach state highway M-63. Turn left at M-63 and head south. 1 Lake Terrace will be on your right about ½ mile down M-63.

From the south (via US-31):

Head north on US-31 towards Niles, Michigan. US-31 will end at Napier Ave. Turn left at Napier Ave and continue nearly 2 miles until you reach the on-ramp for I-94. Turn right to merge onto I-94 heading east towards Detroit. Take exit 34 to merge onto I-196 heading north towards South Haven/Holland. Drive north on I-196 approximately 4 miles and take exit 4 (Coloma Road). Keep following the exit to the right (towards Riverside) and you will merge onto Coloma Road heading west. Continue on Coloma Road 1.7 miles until you reach state highway M-63. Turn left at M-63 and head south. 1 Lake Terrace will be on your right about ½ mile down M-63.

From the north (via I-196):

Take I-196 heading south. Take exit 4 (Coloma Road) and turn right onto Coloma Road heading west. Continue on Coloma Road 1.5 miles until you reach state highway M-63. Turn left at M-63 and head south. 1 Lake Terrace will be on your right about 1/2 mile down M-63.
